We’ve all heard of infamous hoarder [tag-tec]Ann Biglin[/tag-tec] by now.
Ann was the lady whose car went out of control and hit a flower pot at a gas station among other things, because there was so much trash inside, she couldn’t drive.
But what’s interesting from a real estate point of view is the fact that her house has been condemned. In fact, Ann had to crawl out a window just to get outside. There was so much stuff in front of the door, it had buckled.
Which brings me to an interesting point. Ever done a [tag-ice]rehab[/tag-ice] that was almost messy enough to get condemned? If so, we’re very interested in your comments or stories.
However, as we’ve pointed out before, a lot can be done with a dumpster. Where others only see dirt, and sometimes filth, we can see opportunity. This is another area where young [tag-self]investors[/tag-self] with a lot of energy and ambition can jump into real estate.
