A zealous [tag-self]realtor[/tag-self] talks about getting the deal through for a client who is struggling with financing in “this wild market”.
Is it supposed to scare us that the real estate market is finally tightening?
Yep, some first time buyers will have a little more trouble getting their first tier homes. Is that really surprising?
This is actually good news for [tag-ice]landlords[/tag-ice] because it means there will be more renters out there. They won’t be buying houses and emptying your units like they have been for the last three years or so.
The strong ones will set their goals of home ownership and pursue them. They’ll win in the long run. The weak ones will be left behind.
I guess you could say that’s my definition of a [tag-tec]real estate market[/tag-tec] correction.
