I know planning a [tag-ice]will[/tag-ice] is not one of our favorite subjects, but it is important.
We all need to do it at some point.
Question is- how is the best way?
Here’s a very informative site we just discovered that allows you to download the generic forms for free. These can be used by attorneys in all 50 states.
A word of caution: Always go to an attorney and [tag-tec]estate planner[/tag-tec] for the best advice for your [tag-self]will[/tag-self], but these forms will give you tons of information you can use before you make that very important appointment.
(Please allow plenty of time for the downloads)
