Check out CNN’s article Where the Growth Is and Isn’t.
I guess some of the excitement is gone for me when [tag-tec]Ft. Lauderdale[/tag-tec] makes the "Isn’t List" while "El Paso" is on the "Is List".
We used to vacation in [tag-self]Fort Lauderdale[/tag-self] and I have very fond memories of it- and its real estate. Think canals and those beautiful homes on the water with their huge boats tied up out back. I guess that made a big impression on a ten-year-old in the back seat of a Buick.
I just don’t get those same feelings for [tag-ice]El Paso[/tag-ice] or Tulsa. Sorry.
But hey, you can’t get sentimental about real estate. You go where the growth and markets are.
