It's Got Everything But a Decent Kitchen Sink at $40 Million

Curbed is reporting an interesting and seemingly stupid mistake on a $40 million  [tag-ice]penthouse[/tag-ice] that the most inexperienced investor would know to avoid.

And this is an [tag-self]apartment[/tag-self] which is considered a terrific deal  renting out for $25,000- per month.

 

Okay, maybe I’m getting older or it’s Monday morning, but a nice kitchen looks like a must to me.  I’ve seen better kitchens in starter homes in the “Child World” sections of Brentwood, TN.
