The practice of renting credit for mortgages is about to end.
Seems too many people with good [tag-self]credit[/tag-self] were leasing their scores out to too many people with not-so-good credit…for a very high fee.
In other words, several companies such as [tag-tec]Instant Credit Builders[/tag-tec] were arranging for those who had questionable credit or [tag-ice]credit problems[/tag-ice], to piggybank on accounts of persons with good credit.
It was a loophole that was bound to be short lived.
