Credit Renting Loophole for Mortgages To Be Halted

The practice of renting credit for mortgages is about to end.
Seems too many people with good credit were leasing their scores out to too many people with not-so-good credit…for a very high fee.
In other words, several companies such as Instant Credit Builders were arranging for those who had questionable credit or credit problems, to piggybank on accounts of persons with good credit.
It was a loophole that was bound to be short lived.
