Beach property demand is still very high in spite of all the gloom and doom talk.
Al Gore’s [tag-self]An Inconvenient Truth[/tag-self] is not scaring many of the investors and homeowners with millions to spend on ocean views.
They still want the beach in spite of the “fact” that the movie proclaims a lot of the Atlantic seaboard will be under twenty feet of new additional water by 2100. That will happen, according to the movie, because all of Greenland’s ice sheets will supposedly be melting.
So why aren’t new beach front investors terrified?
They don’t believe [tag-tec]Al Gore[/tag-tec].
