The big three real estate online research sites think they have a solution to the property update problem.
As we know, getting good very fresh property info estimates has been hard in spite of the progress made by [tag-tec]Zillow[/tag-tec], Cyberhomes, and RealEstateABC.
Now [tag-ice]Zillow[/tag-ice] and the others believe they’ve got the problem licked, or at least some of the problem.
They’re working on a wiki type model where you can edit data about your own properties. This will insure your estimates will be more accurate.
You will be able to change square footage, for example, if it’s incorrect.
And [tag-self]Zillow[/tag-self], Cyberhomes and RealEstateABC claim they have safeguards in place to keep others from arbitrarily sabotaging your property profile and info.
