He gives 10 tips for investing in foreclosures as well as quite a bit of fast, efficient info on  pre-foreclosures.

And then there’s the one excellent piece of advice to keep you out of a potential minefield of financial and legal trouble.

Never loan a distressed owner money so they can keep and stay in their home.  That’s a trap.  That can get you entangled in a mess with the Fair Business Practice Act.
