How to Avoid Real Estate Transaction Minefields in 2008

How can we stay ahead of major changes in how real estate transactions will be  done in 2008?

 

Being forewarned is forearmed.  We need to read and learn so we can avoid the minefields many unwary buyers and sellers will find themselves trapped in. And according to the experts, there are many.

Carol Lloyd who writes for  SF Gate.com  has a very good article answering some of the most treacherous questions real estate buyers and sellers will have in 2008.

 

For example, what really happens when a seller won't give a buyer more time for additional  inspections?

 

Or what can you do about a real estate agent who insists on holding open houses even though you've already accepted an offer?
