Roselind Hejl, a Coldwell Banker realtor in Austin, has a quick-start summary of what really happened with real estate over the past few years.  She talks about sub-prime loans, and the flow of money from mortgages and where it all went wrong.  She also points out  how  many typical homeowners and some real estate investors got caught in the speculation trap.

 

According to Hejl, it’s time to get back to basics.
