I came across this piece about fraudulent house-flipping.
A New York flipper is in big trouble with the state Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.
This flipper should be an example to all of us on how not to do it.
Seems the flipper disobeyed court orders telling him not to fraudulently advertise properties on The Internet. He got caught (again) advertising on Craig’s List.
We don’t need to point out honesty is the best policy and “Oh what a web we weave when we attempt to deceive,” etc.
However here’s a new twist.
If you don’t think your Craig’s List ads aren’t being watched by the authorities think again…
