I was visiting Property Grunt, one of my all time most fav real estate blogs, and I came across this post,  “What the H______?”

It’s all about the cheap way a top realtor in New York is trying to use scare tactics to sell the merchandise. 

Property Grunt thinks this is ridiculous and the absolute wrong way to sell real estate.

As we discussed yesterday with the Youtube vid about bad real estate times, a lot of people are using scare tactics. 

But I think the Donald gives the best advice here.

As we remember Donald Trump is a very good student of history.  If you want to know the future, he tells us, most likely you can check out the past.  I think the history of real estate moves in cycles.

 

We’re just going through another cycle.

 

Yes, it’s not as much fun as it has been for a lot of people.  Those were the speculators.  Now that they’re getting out of the game,  or being squished out, real estate investing is becoming more business-like.  And it’s about time.
