How to Invest in Bank Foreclosures

Here is an excellent article by realtor Lisa Sanderson which goes into a lot of detail about buying bank foreclosures.
Lisa covers the difficult subject of bank addendums which sometimes tends to trip up inexperienced real estate investors.
However, with experience and know-how you can quickly overcome such obstacles and you can learn how to go to battle with the banks on their own battlefield.
This is an informative read and I’d advise you to print the article out- and it’s absolutely free, which is my favorite way to learn.
