Open houses don’t really sell the real estate.
Yes, yes, yes.
I’ve been saying that for years about our rentals. They certainly don’t help rent real estate properties.
But here’s an interesting twist, according to The Los Angeles Times.
Buyers are finding their properties online and The Internet has become the major new selling tool. I know, that isn’t surprising. So where’s the news?
Well, some sellers and landlords haven’t figured that out yet.
And the argument is made that realtors need to get the word out to other real estate agents that your house is up on the market. Okay- but why not invite them all over at a certain time and get it over with instead of having an open house every Sunday afternoon for months?
