Nick Cifonie Gives Priceless Real Estate Investing Advice

Chicago real esate investor Nick Cifonie gives us some priceless investing and landlording advice.

I say priceless because it is free.

Nick has dealt with millions of dollars worth of real estate and has had plenty of experience which he is generously sharing with us.  He has also been a moderator on the Ron LaGrand forums for years and now has his own internet real estate show.

I especially like Nick's advise for new landlords.

"Don't let them move in just because they want to."

I'd like to add "Amen"!

(Also, Nick, you've got "ya'll" down very well. )
