How will all of the Wall Street mess affect our real estate investing?
No need for real worry, according to experts like R. Donohue Peebles, author of The Peebles Path to Real Estate Wealth: How to Make Money in Any Market.
He views it all as a tremendous buying opportunity.
(Didn’t we hear Donald Trump say basically the same thing last week?)
Let that soak in for a minute.
He also said real estate is the best long term investment.
My parents are absolute proof of that. They retired on their real estate investments, and we can too if we keep our heads.
Peebles is a long term investor just as I am. He says to buy and hold. That should be your main objective during these times.
When will the market bottom out?
Peebles thinks in 2009, 2010. Some financial advisors are saying the second and third quarter of 2009. No one really knows but this gloomy market won’t be lasting much longer, although it may seem like an eternity to some people.
