Bank Foreclosure On Purpose?

Homeowners who are not in danger of foreclosure are allowing their homes to go into foreclosure anyway. Not only is this dishonest, it’s dangerous to our less than healthy economy…

Homeowners who are not in danger of bank foreclosure are allowing their homes to go into foreclosure anyway.

That is being reported by Jeremy Brent of 1-800-cash-offer.

It’s one more example of the crazy financial world we now live in.  Do these people even care about their credit ratings?  Apparently not.

What exactly is the motivation of such homeowners when many distressed homeowners are trying to stop foreclosure?

The  non-distressed homeowners want help because their homes are no longer worth what they paid for them.  However, they are not in so much  trouble that they  have to miss 1, 2, 3, or even 4 payments.

They are missing the payments purposely because  they want some of the government bail-out for themselves.  Why shouldn’t they get their fair share, right?

Wrong.

These are the problems we get into as a society when we start redistributing the wealth, especially with foreclosure homes and distressed properties.

Somewhere along the line the wealth will go to those who really don’t need  it or deserve it.

I could preach more on the subject, but I don’t want to run off into a major meltdown right about now.

Suffice to say I long for a return to the days of honesty and getting rewarded for your hard work, not laziness.

This is something that angers me immensely especially since your tax money and mine is being used to fuel it.
