Foreclosure celebrities are growing in number.
This bit of news is not surprising to those of us who have been watching real estate and foreclosures for a long time.
I remember a real estate seminar I attended in 1983 when one of the speakers informed us of a very well known actress at the time who was in the process of losing her home to foreclosure.
I was shocked. How could that be?
Well, is it surprising as we look at the latest list that includes such favorites as Wyclef Jean, Jose Canseco, Ed Mahon and Aretha Franklin.
