Part 1 and Part 2 are already up and I'm impressed with this simple checklist for today's tougher residential real estate market.

How to get the money is covered by the tip of getting a line of credit or going for hard money.

Also, getting and working with a real estate agent who actually works with real estate investors is also stressed, and I think that's a very good point.

Part 2 goes into the MLS roadblock that well, frankly, too many real estate investors get too hung up upon.

According to Trump University we should just get over it and instead concentrate on a variety of other good property sources that are out there if we'd just look.
