There is a real estate law website with a ton of information for real estate investors, landlords, and just about anyone who needs quick legal answers about owning or renting properties.
They have lots of categores such as eminent domain, insurance, neighbors, foreclosures, easements and quitclaim deeds just to name a few.
You can go into each one such as neighbors, and read the FAQ's.
For example, there was a question about what you can do if there is a tree on your property line and you want to cut it down. What if your neighbor doesn't want to cut it down?
The answer is, according to the legal advice, that you can root prune the tree on your side of the fence, but not on your neighbor's side. Of course, it will probably kill the tree…
I especially liked the Free Advice Legal Question Forum which is a treasure trove just by itself.
I think freeadvice.com should be in everyone's online toolbox.
