Curb appeal can make or break a property.
I can't understand why otherwise smart real estate investors and homeowners don't get that.
Perspective buyers and tenants really do judge a property by the outside.
Why? Same reason why book covers matter.
So what are some basic tips for good curb appeal?
EVLiving.com has a very good article spelling out such advice that you need shrubs but don't make them too complicated.
(I can personally agree with that because I have hedges all around my front yard that have to be trimmed once a week. Sure, it looks great right after they've been freshly snipped.)
